A Canadian cultivar, bred in 1981.
Excellent, mid-early cultivar for fresh use. Ripens 5-7 days before Senga Sengana. Good for forcing in the field. Abundant yield, a long harvest time.
Berries average-sized, big, firm and glossy. Good for transport. Flesh bright red, juicy and flavorful.
Plants and blossoms very frost resistant. Berries little subject to botrytis and plants to leaf diseases but rather susceptible to verticillium wilt.
