One of the common mistakes made while planting strawberry plantlets is letting them dry out, especially their roots. It is necessary to abundantly sprinkle the green plantlets with water and in the case of "frigo" plantlets, to protect the boxes with them from the sun by shading them.
Planting the plantlets in the freshly prepared solid make sure not to place them too shallow. Too long roots need to be shortened rather then folded. After planting the whole plantation should be irrigated. Proper plant spacing is also very important. Later, it makes both chemical control and agricultural treatment easier.
